To ensure the longevity of your garments, we recommend following these care guidelines:

• Avoid using bleach and opt for mild detergents.
• Tumble dry on low or air dry to maintain the fabric's quality.
• Iron on a low setting when necessary, and always turn the garment inside out.

Delivery Guidelines:

• Our logistics partners do not operate on Sundays and National Holidays. Orders will be processed on the next working day.
• We make two delivery attempts, so please provide a complete and accurate address (House No, Street, Area, and Nearest Landmark).
• Only accept parcels in Urban Pehnawa branded flyers and refuse any packages that appear opened or tampered with.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and in its original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returns will not be accepted for sale items, b-freshed clothes, leftovers, or gift cards.

How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at urbanpehnawa35@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Note: The return shipping cost (DC) will be paid by the customer.
